FACILITIES TEAM LEADER – LEADING LAW FIRM MANCHESTER £27,000 - PLUS BENEFITS My client, a leading international law firm, are seeking a Facilities Team Leader to join their Facilities department. This role offers the opportunity to oversee essential operational services and support a thriving legal environment. This role is 5 days office based (35 hours) 9am – 5pm. The Role The Facilities Team Leader will – Manage and train Facilities Assistants to deliver facilities services. Oversee incoming requests using task management systems. Review and adjust resource allocation to meet business requirements Promote best practices and manage change effectively. Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests. Liaise with the Front of House team for reception cover and support. Ensure staff kitchens are stocked with catering supplies. The Candidate The Facilities Team Leader will have – Relevant experience in a similar professional environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
