Job Description
Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 ( hours)
Key responsibilities:
1. Data analysis and reporting.
2. Workforce planning and optimisation.
3. Compensation and benefits analysis.
4. Employee engagement and retention analysis.
5. HR systems and technology.
6. Compliance and regulatory reporting.
7. Ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
8. Working knowledge of a HR system, such as Cascade or similar.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
10. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
12. Knowledge of HR practices, relevant employment law, and compliance requirements.
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
