Hill House is a residential care home set in the picturesque Devon countryside. With 30 rooms, it provides residential and dementia‑friendly care to its residents, featuring comfortable rooms, a large communal lounge, and on‑site hairdresser.
Shift Times
07.30 am — 07.30 pm. Contracts include alternate weekend shifts.
Starting Hourly Rate
£12.96–£13.31.
The Role of Care Assistant
* Front‑line delivery of care, helping residents with daily needs such as personal care, medical care, and social interests.
* Build a special bond with each resident, offering professional and emotional support during difficult times.
* Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and getting around.
* Respect residents’ choices, dignity and independence, making them feel at home.
* Assist in developing resident care plans, including awareness of any specialist support needs.
