Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
8:00am – 3:30pm
Duties Include
Managing your section during busy service breakfast, lunch menu.
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Supporting the Head Chef and working closely with the kitchen team

Experienced as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Reliable, organised, and hardworking
Able to work well under pressure
Passionate about fresh food and quality service
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
