Collaborating with colleagues in Colchester, Warsaw and across our global network, the team supports client pitch activity across practices, sectors and regions.**You will be responsible for:*** Supporting the preparation and formatting of pitch documents.* Collecting, checking and organising client and matter information.* Conducting basic research on clients, sectors and competitors.* Updating pitch systems, databases and templates.* Running simple reports and supporting data quality checks.**Apply if you:*** Are interested in business development, marketing, pitches or client service.* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.* Have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.* Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and documents.* Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.* Enjoy collaborating with different teams and learning in a fast-paced environment.* Would be interested in working with data; any basic experience using simple data or dashboard tools (for example Power BI or similar) would be an advantage, but is not required.**Location** • Warsaw (hybrid model - min. 2 days in the office per week)**About Linklaters** Linklaters is a people business.
