Allstaff Office Division is pleased to present the role of New Product Development Executive for a leading manufacturing company near Renfrew. Due to the company's location, own transport is advantageous.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will manage projects for a growing customer portfolio of global brands. The primary focus is to develop new products from concept to launch and improve existing products. Collaboration with marketing, technical, and operations departments is essential. You will serve as the key contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support for their product development needs.

Responsibilities:
* Lead development of new products and manage updates to existing products
* Manage project timelines, drive progress, and communicate status updates internally and to customers
* Develop customer relationships and manage NPD projects
* Identify and present new product concepts
* Handle product costing and negotiations
* Manage supplier relationships
* Create and manage briefs for formulation and packaging

Hours & Salary:
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 4pm, with some flexibility. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
