At Barclays, we’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to make a real difference to our customers daily. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, or supporting customers with complex queries, this role allows you to bring your passion for helping people to life. You’ll be the friendly face for our Retail Banking customers in branch or at local hubs, providing face-to-face expertise, guidance, and support.
As part of our Customer Care team, you'll work 5 days a week, including some weekends, with a starting salary of £26,500. Location: Aberystwyth Local hub, with travel to Cardigan local hub.

Purpose of the role
To provide exceptional customer service while resolving complex customer needs and requests.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service through chat, email, and phone channels.
* Resolve complex customer needs with personalized solutions.
* Collaborate across teams to align customer care processes.
* Identify areas for improvement; suggest changes and coach colleagues.
* Develop and implement customer care procedures to mitigate risks.
* Handle inquiries related to bank products and services, such as accounts and transactions.
* Prepare reports on customer care performance and present findings to senior stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends to enhance customer care efficiency.
