Your Role:
* Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 in the office
* Prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks
* Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme
* Helping manage contract requirements for a range of jobs
* Handling calls and scheduling a range of works
* Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
* Managing customer and client relationships
* Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on the internal system
* Providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining service levels and programme works in line with contract-specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales
Qualifications and Skills:
* Good level of education
* Previous call handling and scheduling experience
* Ability to operate a computerized database system
* Good knowledge of office working systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
