To liaise effectively with staff on the general wards and maintain accurate nursing records that provide assessment reports to GPs and other allied agencies Have a sound knowledge/understanding of the legislation as part of the role of the Registered Mental Health Nurse, including Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act.
