Assist in the running of the kitchen in the most professional, efficient and cost-effective manner, complying with legal requirements and company policy.
To facilitate the smooth running of the Kitchen ensuring that all areas of the Kitchen are maintained to the hotel Standard.
To assist with the cooking of any food on a daily basis according to business requirements.
To report any problems regarding failure of machinery and small equipment to the General Manager and to follow up and ensure the necessary work has been carried out.
To follow the legal requirements in respect of Health & Safety.
To follow the legal requirements in respect of Food Safety.
To provide customer service to guests during food service.
To ensure a smooth running of service from opening to close down procedures.
Applicants must be flexible to work either Breakfast or Dinner shifts.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
