The Opportunity
We are looking for a Procurement Graduate to join our Sourcing & Procurement team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in procurement, supply chain operations, and cross‑functional working within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced Strategic Buyers and internal stakeholders, supporting day‑to‑day procurement activities while developing valuable commercial and analytical skills.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting Strategic Buyers with requesting and reviewing supplier quotations
* Running procurement reports and analysing data to support decision‑making
* Assisting with a range of procurement and sourcing projects
* Supporting with invoice queries and supplier communication
* Scheduling purchase orders and chasing late deliveries
* Liaising with internal teams including Finance, Production Planning, Engineering, Quality and Project Management
Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant subject, such as Business Studies, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
* Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* An interest in procurement or supply chain careers
* Experience using an MRP system, ideally SAP (not essential – training provided)
