Their momentum is real, their growth is rapid, and they’re now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to be right at the centre of it.
This isn’t a “inherit a tidy little patch and keep it warm” type of role.
This is a high-energy, high-impact, commercially charged opportunity to own a thriving territory across the Home Counties and push it forward with real autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be building and strengthening partnerships with some of the most influential names across restaurant groups, contract caterers, and education. You’ll be uncovering new opportunities, bringing big ideas to the table, and making things happen fast, supported by an experienced Foodservice Controller who genuinely gives you room to run.
Expect to:
* Develop and grow key accounts while constantly spotting new opportunities
* Work closely with chefs, NPD, and internal teams to deliver smart solutions and standout flavours
* Shape pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy across your region
* Represent a brand chefs love and customers remember
About You
You’re sharp, switched-on, and commercially instinctive. You know the foodservice world, you know the end-user landscape, and you know how to win. You thrive on building relationships, think creatively about growth, and you’re not afraid to challenge the norm.
You’ll likely bring:
* Strong relationships within UK foodservice - restaurants, contract catering, education
* A track record in finding, converting, and scaling new business
* Confident commercial skills - margins, pricing, P&Ls don’t faze you
* Genuine passion for great food and the brands shaping the industry
