You'll be the friendly voice that welcomes new supporters, helps resolve queries, and ensures every customer feels valued. What You'll Do Conduct outbound welcome calls to new supporters and, over time, expand into inbound and outbound call services for various clients. Provide tailored support with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience every time. Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate call records and share insights to help improve service quality. Take part in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously develop your skills.
