Responsibilities
* Unpack, verify, book in, and put away purchase orders and repairs
* Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods and paperwork, including checking for decontamination certificates, producing manual dispatch paperwork, checking export and dangerous goods paperwork, correct packaging of dangerous goods, and providing full information to our couriers for collections
* Collaborate with Marketing and Dems Team to maintain stock levels and provide timely picking, packing and shipment of items for exhibitions and other promotional events
* Collaborate with Customer Services and IAMs team to arrange timely picking, packing and delivery of samples and products to internal and external customers
* Help maintain stock validity and accuracy: undertake regular cycle counts of stock items, follow FIFO rules, and quarantine/scrap out-of-date items
* Log errors and discrepancies, and work as a team to root cause analyze issues and implement improvements to prevent reoccurrence
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment, demonstrating our commitment to health and safety
* Engage in diverse duties and projects that advance personal, team and organizational goals
Shared Responsibilities
* To comply with the Business Information Centre (BIC) and minimise any environmental impact while carrying out duties
* To ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors and contractors by implementing, monitoring and complying with occupational health & safety provisions

Qualifications
Role Requirements
Education/Qualifications
Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience
Related Experience
Previous warehouse experience, especially within a highly regulated industry (such as Medical Devices) is desirable
Skills, Special Competencies
* SAP (desirable)
* Dangerous goods awareness for road, air and sea transport (desirable)
