The University is looking for a dynamic, change leader with extensive experience in HR transformation.
The role will play a pivotal part in continuing to drive forward the delivery phase of the most ambitious enhancement of our people services function in recent years which is well underway with significant progress and outcomes already achieved.
The role holder will lead the HR Project Team, a mix of permanently assigned resource and matrix management of resource in delivery teams and be required to quickly develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and users across the University.
The role requires you to bring extensive experience across the full HR lifecycle ideally with knowledge gained across a number of organisations / industries, able to create a positive environment to challenge the status quo and bring to life best practice to help achieve the best outcomes for the University and our staff. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal for People and Governance who also serves as the Project Sponsor and work closely with the HR Director and the HR Senior Leadership Team to support effective implementation.
The role will initially be for a 2-year fixed term basis with an expectation it may well extend beyond this as part of the wider change agenda.
