We are currently recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project based in Norwich. This is a long-term opportunity offering 24 months of consistent work on a high-profile scheme. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting Section and Site Engineers with day-to-day engineering tasks * Setting out using GPS/Total Station (training provided if required) * Producing and maintaining site records, QA documentation, and as-built information * Supporting temporary works, permits, and method statements * Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors * Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety standards Requirements: * Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering (or working towards) * Previous experience on highways or civil engineering projects preferred * Good understanding of basic setting out and site procedures * Strong communication and organisational skills * CSCS card required * Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer: * Long-term role with job security (24 months) * Competitive shift rate (£150–£250 depending on experience) * Opportunity to gain experience on a major highways scheme * Supportive site team and clear progression opportunities If you are a motivated Junior Engineer looking to develop your career on a large-scale highways project, we’d like to hear from you
