Key Responsibilities: Support the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards are maintained
Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal, French-inspired menus
Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
Help manage stock levels and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency
Requirements: Experience working in a fine dining or Michelin-level kitchen
