Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a dedicated RMA Inspector & After Sales Support Executive to join our UK Operations Team in Marlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers across multiple brands while contributing to the continuous improvement of our after-sales processes. What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct regular RMA inspections at third-party premises, ensuring thorough assessments of returned products and full compliance with HSE guidelines. Deliver best-in-class customer support, aiming for first-time resolution and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders. Take full ownership of customer interactions, including authorising product collections and coordinating repairs under guarantee. Identify cost-effective opportunities and drive efficiency to enhance operational excellence. Support departmental projects from concept to delivery with a flexible and proactive approach. Continuously improve your product knowledge and invest in your personal development. Travel across the UK as needed to conduct on-site inspections and support customer needs. Perform detailed assessments of warranty returns during RMA inspections. Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by your line manager. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions quickly. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail with strong data entry and analytical skills. Ability to build trust and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
