You will work with students, many of whom have SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, or trauma-related barriers to learning.

Criminology Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
* Delivering consistent, positive behaviour support
* Implementing de-escalation and restorative approaches
* Building trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
* Supporting academic engagement in 1:1 and small group settings
* Working collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
