SOLICITOR/FEE EARNER – Residential Conveyancing

Role overview:
We are seeking a Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our residential conveyancing team in Malton. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload from start to finish, handling a diverse range of transactions ensuring high standards and a quality service throughout. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team within a thriving legal practice.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, adhering to compliance and quality standards.
· Conduct Title Checks, raise and resolving any issues.
· Provide advice on mortgage offers.
· Liaise with Clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents and other professionals in person, on the phone and by email.
· Prepare files for completion.
· Deal with all aspects of post completion, dealing with requisitions promptly.
· Excellent client care skills and the ability to build good rapport.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications and skills:
· At least three years' experience in this role.
· Knowledge of residential conveyancing law, regulations, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Proficient in case management systems and IT tools.
