Experience
* Experience of working in an administrative role.
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
* Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge/Skills
* Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
* Ability to work across different computer operating systems for input and retrieval of data.
* Effective working within and across multiple teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience of using corporate databases and producing reports

* Demonstrates self organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
