Job Description
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people. We are searching for an experienced Regional Executive Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our prestigious corporate settings.
As Regional Executive Head Chef, you will work closely with your teams to develop strong work relationships and provide the best customer service.
In addition to excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess enthusiastic drive.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a multi‑site or regional capacity responsible for all food related matters.
* Be a proven, hands‑on leader, able to invest in your team and their development, with strong leadership and people development skills.
* A passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food, driving innovative and creative menus that are driven by excellence.
* Be financially astute with good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy.
* Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Comfortable in both corporate and creative food environments.
* Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
* Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence.
* Stay up to date with current food trends.
