Role overview:
You’ll support students with Autism and complex needs, helping them access learning in a calm, structured and supportive environment. You’ll play a key role in building trust and creating a space where pupils feel safe enough to engage.
Key responsibilities:
* Support students with Autism and complex learning needs
* Work 1:1 and in small groups within a secondary setting
* Use structured routines and visual support strategies
* Encourage communication, independence and engagement
* Work closely with teachers and therapists
Requirements:
* Experience in SEN or care is desirable but not essential
* Calm, patient and consistent approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
