Senior Night Carer - Care Home
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 8PP
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12 hour shifts)
Pay :£14.81 per hour
The Role As a Senior Care Assistant youll play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will:
Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager
Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews
Ensure residents dignity, preferences, and wellbeing are always respected
Help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and colleagues
Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to personalised care
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
