Occupational Health Senior Administrator
An opportunity to join the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust (UHMBT). The post is permanent, 22.5 hours, primarily based at Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional administrative support to allow the continuation of services provided by the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, working with the service Business Manager.
* Provide regular, accurate data updates to demonstrate departmental activity/trends in line with service demands to ensure agreed KPIs are met.
* Assist in day-to-day management of the office and in the development, implementation and maintenance of office practices and procedures.
* Support the Business and Systems Manager in maintaining the administration service to University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.
* Supervise and deputise for other OH administration staff on a day-to-day basis across all three sites.
* Contribute to a positive organisational impact through professional conduct and efficient service delivery.

* Location: Royal Lancaster Infirmary, with involvement across UHMBT sites as required.
* Three main hospitals and associated community facilities are described within the original context of UHMBT services.
