Lead SCADA Engineer Location - Glasgow / HybridAre you an experienced SCADA Engineer ready to lead projects?Do you enjoy guiding teams through complex control systems delivery?Looking for a role with flexibility and long-term development?What's in it for you:Strong basic salary28 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working (2 days from home) with flexible hoursOngoing training and development6.5% pensionLife assurance (4x salary)Private healthcareWhat will you be doing?Leading the delivery of SCADA and RTU-based control systems projectsManaging the full project lifecycle from design through to testing and handoverProducing and reviewing technical documentation including design specifications and test plansSupporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer acceptanceProviding technical leadership and guidance to engineers within the teamWorking closely with Project Managers to coordinate multiple projectsWhere you'll be doing it?You'll be joining a well-established engineering business working across energy, utilities, and other highly regulated industries. They deliver complex control and automation systems and continue to invest in new technologies and long-term capability.What you'll need:Strong experience with SCADA systems (e.g. Zenon, Panorama, ArchestrA or similar)Background in control and automation systems engineeringExperience producing design documentation and test specificationsProven experience leading projects or small teamsUnderstanding of the full engineering project lifecycleAbility to review and check technical workFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel when requiredWe appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
