EMR is working with one of the world's leading consulting firms offering accounting, audit, tax, and consultancy services to mid-market organizations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
They are looking to hire a Communications Manager who will specifically work for their consulting division, which offers services including advising on digital transformation and risk & governance. As the Communications Manager for the Consulting division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication and content strategies for internal and external audiences, focusing on brand positioning and awareness. You will oversee the execution of these strategies across internal communications, branding, corporate communications, digital media, reputation management, and PR.
The client prefers the role holder to work out of their London office; however, they are open to candidates based in Southampton. Both options offer a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remote.
Your duties and responsibilities will include strategic development, content creation and management, stakeholder communication strategies, partnership management, and project management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and leading external communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and support growth.
2. Advising stakeholders on personal branding and communication strategies.
3. Developing key messaging for all client solutions.
4. Line managing a Communications Executive.
Candidate requirements:
1. Over 5 years of managerial communication experience within financial, professional services, or corporate sectors, or in complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
2. Excellent knowledge of internal and external communication channels, strategies, and best practices.
3. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
4. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
