Call Centre Agent - 5 Month FTC, Selkirk

Circet UK is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Service Centre in Selkirk, Scotland. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract of 5 months.

The Role
The Service Center Agent ensures the successful completion of daily jobs, helps achieve our completion rate targets, and facilitates accurate billing by closing jobs efficiently. Reporting to the SC Team Manager, the agent will communicate regularly with customers, client contact centers, engineers, and field leaders across the UK via inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
* Manage engineers within assigned regions via CRM, overseeing processes like Start My Day, Timeslot Adherence, Engineer Utilisation, and End My Day.
* Review completed jobs for accuracy, ensuring forms, stock records, notes, and signatures are complete; liaise with engineers to rectify missing information.
* Respond to issues promptly, taking corrective actions, updating customers, or escalating to field leaders as needed.
* Deliver excellent customer service, including follow-up calls to assess the quality of work.
Skills Required
*Full training on company systems will be provided.*
* Efficiently manage engineers' daily tasks.
* Multitask across multiple phone lines while handling administrative duties.
* Escalate and report issues effectively.
* Proficient in IT skills: email, webchat, spreadsheets, etc.
