* Conduct in-depth trend research to develop seasonal mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric stories

* Collaborate closely with the team on fabric, print, and trim selection
* Manage the full sample development process, ensuring fit, construction, and quality standards are met
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform design direction and product development
