Shifts: Continental 4 on 4 off (Rotating days and nights) 6am-6pm/6pm-6am

About the Role
The Electrical Technician will be part of the engineering maintenance team ensuring the smooth operation of factory machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on position where you'll work as part of a dedicated team, responding to breakdowns, carrying out preventative maintenance, and contributing to larger projects to improve production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and effectively to electrical breakdowns
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on machinery and equipment
Work closely with both engineering and non-engineering teams to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings on production lines
About You
This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong electrical foundation and experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 (Apprenticeship/College)
Proven experience in an electrical engineering role, with expertise in fault-finding and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience in food manufacturing or industrial settings is highly desirable
