Responsibilities
* Guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience.

* Uphold shop floor standards, including stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation.
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
* Lead engaging visual merchandising to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues.
* Prioritise Health & Safety to safeguard the wellbeing of the team and customers.
* Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Identify growth opportunities for team members and support their development.
* Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it is delivered consistently.
* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Build connections within the local community to enhance the store’s welcoming atmosphere.
