Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for process design and optimization, utilizing automated equipment to enhance production capacity and utilization. Capable of drafting site relocation plans and leading project progress with strong project follow-up and risk anticipation abilities. Effectively drives the resolution of project risks to ensure timely delivery. Understands sorting facility operations in the logistics industry and can optimize equipment layout and processes based on business needs.
2.Develop and optimize operational plans to ensure the achievement of operational goals. Possess strong data analysis skills to guide operational decision-making through data insights.
3.Proficient in core technologies of intelligent sorting equipment (e.g., automated control systems, PLC, big data analysis), with knowledge of equipment operating principles and common troubleshooting methods.
4.Capable of planning automated logistics equipment, such as optimizing sorting center layouts and designing automated workflows.
5.Collaborate across departments (e.g., R&D, equipment suppliers, and operations teams) to ensure efficient equipment operation.
6.Respond swiftly to equipment failures or emergencies, such as implementing contingency plans for sorting system breakdowns.
7.Address on-site requirements for urgent repairs or equipment debugging.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.At least 3 years of experience in logistics automation equipment or intelligent sorting systems.
3.Proficient in PLC programming, automation control system design, and debugging.
4.Strong cross-department collaboration abilities.
