We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of maintenance operations for our Times & Materials and Northern & Southern Motorway teams under the Christchurch City Council Road Landscapes Contract.
In this pivotal role, you’ll plan and coordinate plant, materials, and workforce scheduling—keeping projects on budget and compliant. You’ll mentor and train your team, ensuring top-notch performance while driving Health & Safety excellence and adhering to all Citycare Property policies.
Your focus on efficiency, strong relationships, and smart asset management will help us meet KPIs, hit monthly targets, and deliver exceptional results for the community.
