Your Role as Primary Classroom Support
In this role, you will:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging learning activities
* Work with individual pupils or small groups to support their learning needs
* Help maintain a calm and positive classroom environment
* Assist with preparing and organising classroom resources
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff to promote wellbeing and progress
