We are looking for a friendly and outgoing candidate to support a young gentleman to get out into the community and attend scheduled activities which will be fun and filled with excitement and adventure for 26 hours per week. He also requires some support at work.
Responsibilities
* Support the young gentleman to get out into the community and attend scheduled activities.
* Provide support at work.
* Recognise emotional vulnerability and support with mental and physical well‑being.
Requirements
* Must have deaf awareness.
* Work in a home with a dog.
* Driving preferred but not essential.
* Complete a DBS application (funded by employer).
