Role Overview: Marketing Executive - Automation
We seek a motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Executive to join our Marketing team. Our goal is to be industry-leading disruptors in the traditional B2C energy market, adopting a customer-centric and digital-first approach.
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Flogas Britain and the wider DCC Energy group to develop and execute campaigns that digitize key customer touchpoints, boosting retention, acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will embody our customer values of ‘We Do Energy, Right by You’ and be passionate about customer satisfaction and innovative marketing automation strategies. This position offers a chance to impact the evolving energy landscape.

Candidate Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing automation, preferably in B2C campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency with marketing automation tools, including Apps, AI, and web tools.
* Experience with platforms like HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
