A unique opportunity to launch your career in offensive security, developing your skills alongside some of the most experienced researchers in the industry.
The role:
* Receive instructor-led (in person) and self-led (remote) training to develop core skills in reverse engineering and vulnerability research
* Gain experience working alongside Interrupt Labs' researchers on real projects, allowing you to further develop your skills with their support and guidance
* Examples of projects may include: reverse engineering complex malware samples, creating bespoke fuzzing implementations, finding vulnerabilities in open-source software
* Programme runs between 6th July and 28th August 2026 (8 weeks)
The ideal candidate:
* Passionate about vulnerability research with a basic understanding of this area
* Interested in understanding the low-level programming of hardware and software
* Knowledge of reverse engineering complex systems like Android, iOS, or Embedded Systems is desirable
* Going into penultimate or final year of university (typically seen as the 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate studies, or the final year of a postgraduate degree)
* Eligible to hold SC level UK Security Clearance (National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK)
