Position
As a Junior Project Manager / PMO Coordinator you will support Technology & Product delivery across multiple workstreams. The role helps maintain structure, reporting discipline, delivery momentum and coordination across software engineering, systems operations and external development partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support planning and delivery of small to medium-sized IT and product projects.
Maintain project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, timelines and action trackers.
Coordinate activity across software engineering, systems operations and suppliers.
Organise and support clarification meetings, workshops and planning sessions.
Track sprint progress, blockers, testing and delivery forecasts.
Maintain Confluence documentation, JIRA boards and roadmap views.
Produce written progress summaries for various governance and board meetings.
Support the technology Change Request process including impact assessments and documentation.
Maintain UAT trackers and manage release documentation creation and coordination.
Who you are
Experienced in project coordination, PMO support or junior PM roles.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PM tools.
Confident in managing multiple tasks, tracking progress and identifying risks.
Skilled at producing clear, concise written updates.
Organised, collaborative and have good attention to detail.

Other information about the role
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Stafford with hybrid flexibilities after probation period.
There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual.
