This role is best suited to an LED Electrical Design Engineer looking to take ownership of lighting designs within a rapidly expanding business that offers strong progression and industry recognition. This position is ideal for someone who can produce compliant electrical designs, support project delivery and ensure high standards across a range of LED upgrade programmes. Our client specialises in the delivery of large-scale LED lighting upgrades, alongside wider renewable technologies including Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems. Responsibilities
* Produce compliant LED lighting designs across commercial projects
* Ensure designs comply with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and BS 5266 (Emergency Lighting)
* Produce wiring schematics, load calculations, circuit schedules
* Support installation sign‑off and technical compliance
Qualifications
* Proven experience producing LED electrical designs
* Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and BS 5266
* Relevant electrical qualifications
* Commutable to Reading
