About You

Are you an experienced digital marketer with a passion for creating personalised, data-led campaigns that drive measurable impact? We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with proven expertise in email marketing, CRM integration, and customer journey optimisation to elevate McCarthy Stone's digital performance and lead generation activity. This is a pivotal opportunity to join McCarthy Stone's forward-thinking marketing team, where you will take ownership of our email marketing strategy, optimise digital touchpoints, and leverage data insights to deliver tailored customer experiences.

As a confident and technically skilled marketer, you will bring hands-on expertise in email campaign management, CRM-driven data segmentation, and analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot or equivalent). You will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering nurture journeys that convert prospects into leads while continually testing, refining, and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. Your ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements will be central to this role. Highly analytical and commercially minded, you combine meticulous attention to detail with strong project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally, you can clearly communicate technical and analytical insights to non-specialist stakeholders, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Ideally, you will hold a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Your Impact

Your work will directly shape how prospective customers discover, engage, and build trust with McCarthy Stone. By designing personalised nurture journeys, optimising digital channels, and leveraging data segmentation, you will ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results - enhancing customer experience, increasing lead quality, and driving commercial success.

Your Attributes

* 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, with proven ownership of email marketing campaigns
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, HubSpot, or Mailchimp)
* Hands-on experience in CRM integration and advanced data segmentation
* Strong CMS experience (preferably Sitecore) and ability to maintain optimised, user-friendly websites
* Excellent knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance best practices
* Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Power BI desirable)
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills for campaign reporting and analysis
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to detail with a passion for optimisation and testing
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
