We are currently working with a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their design and fit out operations team. This is a key role responsible for coordinating installations, managing logistics schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
7. Preparation and ongoing maintenance of the Installation Diary
8. Proactively contacting customers to confirm installation dates at least two weeks in advance and confirming availability on the day of delivery/installation
9. Liaising closely with the Sales Team regarding order status and installation schedules
10. Carrying out site visits for larger installations to ensure readiness and smooth execution
11. Preparing despatch documentation for daily runs, including run sheets for warehouse picking and staging
12. Coordinating with the Purchasing team to ensure supplier deliveries are received on schedule
13. Assisting with on-site resource planning, ensuring adequate labour and transport resources are in place
The Ideal Candidate
14. Proven experience in a logistics or operations-based role
15. Experience within a fit-out or similar industry is highly desirable
16. Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
17. Confident user of ERP systems, ideally SAGE
18. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
19. Ability to work proactively, use initiative, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
