IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experienced Cocktail Bartender with a passion for mixology and the hospitality industry. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Extensive knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi. Creative mindset with the ability to curate and develop innovative cocktail menus. Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person. Advanced bar experience with a drive to develop further (WSET/Mixology preferred). A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
