Job title: Medical Information and Quality Associate
A pharmaceutical company in Reading are seeking a Medical Information & Quality Associate to join their growing team. In this role you will ensure that Medical Information provision is up to date, as well as, ensuring compliance with GxP requirements with reference to GDP applicable to prescription only medicines.
Responsibilities:
* Updates and/or creates medical information response documents utilising the highest level of evidence to create concise and balanced content.
* Manages the receipt, tracking and response to all medical information enquiries in compliance with KPI standards.
* Supports the life cycle management of the Quality Management System documentation.
* Act as a contact point for internal and external queries related to product compliance and quality/product technical complaints.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Quality Systems Management, GDP, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance legislation where appropriate.
* Previous Medical Information experience would be desirable.
* Strong communicator who is comfortable working with cross functional teams.
* A life sciences degree would be beneficial.
