Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward 3 Angleton Glanrhyd, to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs and to support complex discharge planning.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community ward setting.
Within this role you will be part of the team caring for patients.

Main duties of the job
Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field. If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTMUHB, where free car parking is available.
The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.

The post holder will be part of an integrated team.
You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager.
