The Opportunity You'll be the powerhouse behind our clients HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Reward platforms), ensuring seamless operations, data accuracy, and policy compliance. You’ll bridge HR strategy with smart technology — making people processes faster, smarter, and more human. What you’ll do: Own and evolve the HR systems Lead HR data integrity and reporting that drives smart decisions Improve processes, solve problems, and support system users Lead, support and develop a small admin team (2 direct reports) Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR admin functions Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Line Managers, Finance, IT, and more Who we are looking for To be the be the backbone of a forward-thinking HR team you will bring: Proven HRIS know-how (and a love for clean data!)
