Community Payback Orders are sentences served in the community rather than prison, by individuals convicted of lower-level (or lower tariff) crimes in court. They ensure offenders pay their dues to the communities harmed and aim to reduce re-offending.
Our Community Payback Officers supervise and coordinate squad placements, which include supervising offenders serving community payback orders, ensuring effective squad operation, preparing work plans, providing basic training on equipment use, and monitoring work performance to meet timescales.
