We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make an impact within our Legal team at RSM UK.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with new and existing UK and international corporate clients. We offer a flexible hybrid work schedule based in our London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.
You will:
* Lead as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
* Identify and develop business opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
* Proactively monitor changes in employment law and government policy.
* Deliver technical expertise with a solutions-driven approach to clients.
* Supervise and support junior team members' development.
What we are looking for:

* Experience working in team environments on projects and transactional matters.
* Experience with advocacy or regulatory inspections.
