The Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales expansion into new markets, targeting medium-volume sheet metal pressings, brackets, and welded assemblies. The successful candidate will be responsible for Driving sales growth of £3m+ over 3 years outside the automotive sector. Identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new customers in strategic sectors. Influencing and shaping a robust growth strategy using strong market knowledge. Building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
