The Role
Role Objectives
We seek a performance marketer with a proven track record in driving growth using paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, etc. You will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours overlap during 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search strategies to increase member acquisition across platforms like Google and Bing.
* Design and implement paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
* Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed plans for revenue growth.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and foster enterprise growth.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and optimize landing pages.
* Manage paid social campaigns, optimize targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
Own the Complete Funnel
* Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
* Track and analyze funnel metrics daily.
* Identify issues and optimize campaign and website performance.
* Report insights regularly and coordinate with stakeholders.
Budget Management
* Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively, balancing cost and performance.
Testing
* Develop hypotheses, implement testing plans, and conduct A/B tests to improve campaigns.
Performance Reporting
* Generate reports on PPC and paid social metrics, providing actionable insights.
Explore New Platforms
* Identify new opportunities for growth, experiment, and learn from data.
* Work with creative teams to align messaging with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams to align strategies.
* Communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
* Drive growth in dental cover sales.
* Ensure positive ROI and monitor customer acquisition costs.
