The Role
This role focuses on helping our disputes lawyers make best use of technology to do their legal work. It will involve helping lawyers get the best out of technology and AI tools that they already have at their disposal, investigating new tools that we might buy or build and finding opportunities to automate and digitise workflow.
Working closely with partners, fee earners, and knowledge professionals as well as colleagues in our technology and data teams, this role operates at the centre of the technology and data transformation agenda in contentious matters.
This role would suit a candidate who has a clear passion for technology, a strong understanding of the litigation matter lifecycle and associated processes and who is eager to solve problems through technology. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to experiment with technology and who will proactively try and solve technical challenges whilst continuously learning and upskilling themselves.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Transform practice of law processes to enable Mishcon to deliver their work efficiently to drive exceptional client experiences.
2. Be responsible for transformation efforts in the disputes / contentious practice groups, covering ideation, prioritisation, communication and adoption.
